How to get SIM information at PTA?

I want to know that how many SIM(s) are registered to my name but can't find out how may I know about it. Can someone tell me that how to get SIM information at PTA?

    Now you can check the SIM information online at the PTA website. Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has developed a SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) information system to address associated risks on security and to ensure subscription regulations in cellular sector.
