    Here is a straightforward and fast way to make a high protein breakfast. Bring about 8 oz. (1 cup) of water to boil in little pan. Add three handfuls (about 3/4 cup) of oats; mix in the contents of a little carton of raisins, if desired. Add 1 tsp. of olive oil, which will hold the oats from boiling over. Cook over medium-low heat, about 3 minutes. Remove the pot from heat; mix in a couple of agitates of flax serving of food and 1 tbsp. of natural peanut butter. Cover and let stand an added 1 to 3 minutes. Stir afresh to blend the dissolved peanut dairy disperse into oats. Sweeten with honey, molasses or untainted maple syrup, if yearned, and assist with organic milk.
