Recent news are reporting that Shoaib Akhtar is going to announce his retirement now... is that true??? why he is doing so... wasn't he supposed to retire after world cup... please answer!

    Yes, Shoaib Akhtar, the Pakistan speedster,  had announced that he will retire from international cricket at the end of the ICC World Cup 2011. He announced his decision to the team while practising at the R Premadasa Stadium in Sri Lanka.
