    Denmark will qualify on Wednesday if they beat Albania, Hungary lose to Portugal and Sweden don't beat Malta.
    Slovakia are through to their first World Cup if they beat Northern Ireland and Poland versus Slovenia ends in a draw.
    Spain book their flight if they better Bosnia's result against Turkey in their match with Estonia.
    England qualify if they beat Croatia, or a draw would be enough if Ukraine don't beat Belarus.
    Serbia are off to South Africa if they beat France.
