I have windows vista home premium on my laptop and I want to know that can I upgrade from vista home premium 32 bits to windows 7 professional 32 bits. I have never done this before and really want to upgrade my windows. Someone please help me in doing this? I would be really great full for this favor. thanks in advance for the time.

You can upgrade to the corresponding product line or higher. But you cannot upgrade from vista business to windows 7 home since that is going to a lower product line. I would suggest you not to try this. If you really want to go for windows 7 then try to search for the drivers first because sometimes you install the Windows 7 but could not find the drivers for it. I have tried once to upgrade my system from vista to windows 7 and I succeeded but the only problem I faced was the drivers for my system. Some systems support only vista just because they do not have drivers compatible to any other operating system. Hope you will not try this. Best of luck

I agree with the answer of guest23322065 you cannot upgrade from vista business to windows 7 home because when you are going to change your laptop to the new window drivers of the system will not totally support the new window into your laptop. It is much better for you to stay on with the existing window and if you want any change then you can upgrade with in the same operating system. By that the drivers will be in full support of the window. More over it is much better to stay with the original window installed in laptop for the best efficiency of your Lapi.
