With the Bryan brothers marching into the US Open semi-finals and the Williams sisters still in the draw, could the two sibling partnerships both win the doubles titles at Flushing Meadows in 2009?

The Williams sisters have not won the doubles at the US Open since 1999, but are the reigning doubles champions at Wimbledon, while the Bryan brothers are the defending champions and top seeds at Flushing Meadows. If the two pairings could win the doubles this year, it would be the first time both sets of American siblings had won the doubles at the US Open in the same year. But its not beyond the realms of possibility this year could be the first.
