I am facing big problem these days. I am getting weight day by day. How can I control my weight? Can anyone help me in that regard. I am really worried about it. Please help!

    1. According to diet experts, Breakfast is the most important meal because it provides energy your body throughout the day. Your breakfast may contain whole grain stuff. Avoid eating too much during breakfast.

    2. You should keep a list of everything you eat in your mind. In this way you can manage your diet.

    3. Try to eat low calorie foods that make you feel full. You may include the food such as fruits and vegetables which are enriched in fiber.

    4. Change your eating habits to control your weight. Take healthy diet every day.

    5. Eat small meals usually five times a day to boost energy. It will reduce the risk of heart disease. It also improves your metabolism.

    6. Restrict your intake of certain food, such as fast food. It will help you to maintain your weight and health.

    7. Avoid condiments such as ketchup, corn syrup, and Mayonnaise etc. Try to buy healthier versions of them.

    8. Involve yourself in physical activities. Taking healthy diet and regular exercise play a main role in weight loss/maintenance. So make a habit of exercise daily.

    9. Drink water to quench your thirst rather than drinking sugar-loaded soda. Drink more than 1.5 liter water every day. Keep away yourself from drinking carbonated water, energy drinks etc.
