I want to start a new business in Philippines and I want to know about the procedure that how can I register my business with Department of Trade and Industry Philippines. Someone please help me for this.

    If you are starting up a business in the Philippines, it is mandatory to list it before you start operating. If it is a sole proprietorship, you have to list with DTI (Department of Trades And Industries). If it is partnership or company, list with SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).
