Why do we need school when experience is what employers are really wanting?

Even with a diploma or degree you won't seem to be able to find a job since you don't have any experience so why go to school when you can spend those 4 years working gaining actual live experience to actually gain yourself a career worth wanting?

    education plays a very important part in putting the experience in perspective. It allows you to put your thoughts on paper and it allows you to manage.  hands on experience without education does not have a bright future; the salary increase will be limited but with education you can take your career to the next level, which is why, managers get paid more than the workers and higher management makes more than the mangers.
