There was a groovy two seat sports car which was developed and manufactured by Toyota. It was   one of three "EX" concept cars that the company did in the late 1960s. This version of vehicle made its debut at the Tokyo auto show in the year 1969 and, according to the press release all this came with this photograph, which is styled for long-distance driving at a high speed. It shows a slim shape glimpse of Toyota 2000 GT, the Celica which later arrived also had some of the best features of this vehicle and also had the background and platform of this vehicle. The EX-1 was packed with numerous high tech goodies such as the rear deck spoiler that changed its position electrically. The interior of the car had a centric wraparound dash and also instrumental panel design, also there were other electronic advances. The EX-1 design was well proportioned, the onlooker could then think that it is an Italian design and descent, it also resembles the Alfa Romeo badging.

The design of this EX-1 concept shows that there was some idea behind the design of this vehicle and other sports versions of Toyota and its high tech cars had some design philosophy of EX-1.
