   In terms of where they are found, sank sharks are found in warm waters around the world in both temperate and tropical climates except the  eastern Pacific Ocean. Capable of growing up to 10 feet, the brownish coloured shark have a track record of avoiding humans, attacking only when provoked or attacked. 

   
   

   In terms of prey, the sharks needle like teeth are perfect for eating fish, the sank sharks main source of sustinance. They tend to stay close to shorelines and feed at night. Other than fish, they eat small crustaceans and squid. They have also been known to attack in groups on occasion.
